We all came out to Montreux
The Lightpower Collection of Neal Preston’s music photography was originally produced with the intention of becoming a touring exhibition to be held at exclusive locations. After the success and overwhelmingly positive response to previous events, especially at this year’s Musikmesse Frankfurt, we hoped to achieve a similar reaction at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
We feel that the smaller scale installation that focused on the many artists photographed by Neal who have performed in Montreux was a perfect fit with the style and atmosphere of the Festival.
The wonderful experience we had and the positive feedback we received convinced us – this was for sure not the last visit of the Lightpower Collection in Montreux.

Carlos Santana – a constant at the Montreux Jazz Festival and good friend of the founder Claude Nobs – has signed one original photograph exclusively for the Lightpower Collection.
This single piece will be sold by an auction for the charity “Behind the Scenes” at one of the following Neal Preston events.
